Dearth of Existence

In your life,

You will live many lives
You will die many deaths
You will love many times
You will be lost many times

Nothing is truly yours
Nothing is really true

In your life,

Everything around you
is a construct of
your own imagination
driven by
your own expectations

Everything matters
because you matter to a world
that only exists through you.

If you lift through the veil of abstraction
Into the depths of the well of consciousness
You will find an endless void there
Everything we have build is to hide that secret

That is why boredom perhaps is the
Most real feeling one can experience
And the most beautiful creativity
Could come from earnest delusions.

Look into your own eyes
First you will see your insecurities
Then you will see your beauty
After that you will see how ugly your thoughts are
Only then you will see your past
If you continue this deeper introspection
Finally You will see nothing
A hollow being with layers of stories around it.

The meaning of life you ask,
It was never hidden,
It was never hard to find,
It was always there right in front of us.

We didn’t accept it,
and maybe we were right.
